The Power of Persistence: My Incredible Fat to Fit Transformation


 They say persistence pays off, and boy, do I have a story to prove that right! You see, not too long ago, I was a couch potato, stuffing my face with junk food and living a sedentary lifestyle. I was overweight, out of shape, and unhappy with the way I looked and felt. But with persistence and determination, I managed to turn my life around and achieve a fat to fit transformation that has left me feeling incredible. In this article, I'm going to share my journey with you and hopefully inspire you to take the first step towards your own transformation.


The Beginning of My Journey


It all started when I looked in the mirror one day and didn't recognize the person staring back at me. I was tipping the scales at over 250 pounds, and my clothes were starting to feel uncomfortably tight. I knew I needed to do something about my weight, but I didn't know where to start. I had tried diets before, but they never seemed to stick, and I always ended up back where I started.


One day, while scrolling through social media, I stumbled upon a post about a woman who had lost over 100 pounds. I was amazed by her transformation and knew that I wanted to achieve something similar. So, I reached out to her and asked for advice. She suggested that I start with small changes, such as cutting out soda and taking a daily walk.


At first, I was skeptical. Could something as simple as giving up soda and taking a walk really make a difference? But I decided to give it a try, and I was surprised by how quickly I started to feel better. Walking every day gave me more energy, and cutting out soda helped me lose a few pounds.


But I knew I needed to do more if I wanted to see real results. So, I decided to join a gym and start working out regularly. This was a big step for me, as I had never been comfortable in a gym setting before. But I knew I needed to push myself out of my comfort zone if I wanted to achieve my goals.

I also learned the importance of balance. I didn't deprive myself of treats entirely, but I made sure to have them in moderation. This helped me avoid binge-eating and feeling guilty about my food choices.


The Results


Slowly but surely, I started to see real results. I was losing weight, feeling stronger, and had more energy than ever before. My clothes were fitting better, and I was even able to fit into some clothes that I hadn't been able to wear in years.


But the most significant change was how I felt about myself. I had more confidence, more self-esteem, and felt proud of what I had accomplished. I realized that this journey wasn't just about losing weight, but about improving my overall health and well-being.


Maintaining My Transformation


After reaching my initial weight loss goal, I was faced with a new challenge: maintaining my transformation. I knew that it was easy to slip back into old habits and gain back the weight I had lost.


So, I made sure to keep up with my healthy habits. I continued to work out regularly and make healthy food choices. I also set new goals for myself, like running a 5K or lifting heavier weights at the gym.


But I also allowed myself some flexibility. I didn't beat myself up if I missed a workout or indulged in a piece of cake at a birthday party. I learned that it's about finding a balance and not being too hard on yourself.




The Power of Persistence


Looking back on my journey, I realize that the key to my success was persistence. It wasn't always easy, and there were plenty of times when I wanted to give up. But I kept pushing myself, even when it was hard, and that's what made the difference.


I also learned that a sense of humor was essential. Weight loss can be a serious topic, but it's also important to have fun with it. I would joke with my gym buddies about how much I hated burpees or share funny memes about healthy eating on social media. Laughter helped me stay positive and keep things in perspective.

You have to control your brain and your emotions; It is super super important.

Stay calm, take a deep breath and go for a walk or go taking a big glass od fresh water and you'll see that within 5 or 10 minutes, the cravings just passed and you stay right on tracks !

You do have to listen to yourself and to watch for your emotions, this is the key.

Now look, If I succeed, you can too.

I was a suger addict and I still love food in every ways possible, but I just decided to take care of myself and to be gentle with myself also.

If you need that peace of bred, then go get it. 

But in the same time, you decide to move more and to go for a long walk..the famous 10K FEET WALK per day!

I decided to skip diner, very simple to do, even If you have a family to run.

You start slow at the beginning. If It is too hard for you, you eat just a soup and only drink water.
